Pricing steps down with the packing unit you order, not with negotiation rounds. The tier you qualify for is applied automatically once your account is verified.

Every stocked SKU has a fixed case quantity. That case is the smallest order unit and every step up is a multiple of it.

Ordering full cartons of the same model removes repacking and lowers the unit price.

Full pallets ship directly from European stock, with the lowest per unit price for stocked formats.

Annual call off with reserved stock, fixed pricing for the agreed period and scheduled releases.
Conditions
Minimum order per SKU
Orders are placed per case. The case quantity differs per model and is shown on every product, quantities always increase in full cases.
VAT and reverse charge
EU companies with a valid VAT number are set up with reverse charge, so no VAT is invoiced. Buyers outside the EU are invoiced without EU VAT, import duties are for the buyer.
Shipping and lead time
Stocked formats ship from Belgium and the Netherlands, usually within a few working days. Custom printed or decorated runs follow the lead time confirmed in the quote.
Payment terms
The first order is prepaid. After that, verified accounts can request payment terms, which we confirm in writing per account.
Custom and private label
Printing, labels, colours and closures are quoted per project, with their own minimums and one time setup costs.
Quality and returns
Certificates, technical drawings and torque recommendations are available for every stocked model. Report transport damage or a shortage within 7 days of delivery.
Wholesale FAQ
- How do I get wholesale prices?
- Register your company on the wholesale registration page. Your VAT number is verified while you type, and after the confirmation email your account is linked to the Copackr shop so wholesale pricing shows automatically when you log in at checkout.
- What is the minimum order?
- One full case of a single SKU. The case quantity depends on the model, and larger quantities are always ordered in multiples of that case.
- Do you sell closures separately?
- No. We supply bottles and containers with their matched closures, so the seal, torque and tamper band are validated as one combination.
- Do I pay VAT?
- EU companies with a validated VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge, so no VAT is added. Companies outside the EU are invoiced without EU VAT.
- How fast can you ship?
- Stocked formats normally leave our European warehouses within a few working days. Printed or custom decorated orders follow the lead time stated in your quote.
- Can I get samples before ordering?
- Yes. Request samples of the exact model so you can validate fill, capping torque and label fit on your own line before you place a case order.
- Can I order under my own brand?
- Yes. Printing, labelling and colour matching are available on most formats, quoted per project with their own minimums.
- How are prices confirmed?
- Build a selection in the catalog and request a quote. You get a written confirmation with the tracked status of your request, and we reply with pricing and availability.
