Which Popcap lengths are stocked?

Three: 78 mm, 98 mm and 116 mm. Each is available in opaque white with a white lid, opaque black with a black lid, and a translucent body with a clear lid.

Is a pop-top tube really child-resistant?

Yes, the Aviator CR Popcap is a certified child-resistant design. The lid needs a deliberate squeeze at the right point before it releases, which an adult does in one motion and a child does not. Child-resistance is certified for the tube and lid as one system, so do not mix lids across ranges.

Popcap or screw tube?

Popcap opens faster and with one hand, which matters at a dispensary counter or in a subscription box. A screw tube with an inner seal gives a tighter barrier for longer storage. Both are child-resistant, so the choice is about speed of opening against freshness over time.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One full case per item. Every product page shows its case quantity, and the unit price steps down at carton and pallet volume. You can build a mixed order across sizes and colours, the volume break is calculated on your total.

Can these be printed or produced in a custom colour?

Yes. Stocked colours ship from European inventory in case quantities, which is the fastest route to a first production batch. Screen printing, hot stamping, custom resin colours and PCR material run as project orders with their own minimum order and lead time. Send your artwork and target volume with the quote request and we price both routes.

Where do you ship from and how fast?

Stocked formats ship from our European warehouse, usually within the same week for case quantities. That avoids the lead time and customs work of importing directly from Asia or the United States. Custom colour, print and PCR runs are quoted per project with their own lead time.

Can I order samples before committing to case volume?

Yes. Request samples of the exact model, size and colour, fill them with your own product and validate closure, label fit and line speed before you order full cases.
