The full Chubby Gorilla Aviator container range, stocked in Europe and sold by the case. Every size uses a child-resistant push and turn lid with an integrated inner seal and a tamper-evident band, so one closure system covers your whole line.

Aviator containers are the format cannabis, edible, capsule and powder brands use when the pack has to be child-resistant on the shelf and still open easily for an adult. Because all sizes share the T50 neck finish, moving between 30 cc and 240 cc does not mean a new capping setup.

What sizes do Aviator containers come in?
The stocked range runs from 30 cc (1 oz.) to 240 cc (8 oz.), in 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 240 cc. Each size is available in several body and lid colour combinations, including clear natural, translucent black, translucent amber, opaque black and opaque white.
Are Aviator containers child-resistant?
Yes. The push and turn closure is an integrated child-resistant design, tested as a system with its own container body. Child-resistance is a property of the container and closure together, so pairing the body with a third-party lid voids the original test evidence. We supply the documentation with your quote.
What is the recommended capping torque?
Chubby Gorilla publishes 1.0 to 2.0 N-m (8.9 to 17.7 in-lb) for the Aviator container range in its non-custom finished form. Set your capper inside that band and verify with a torque tester on the first cases.
What is the difference between an Aviator and a Spiral container?
Both are child-resistant wide-mouth containers on the same T50 neck. The Aviator uses a push and turn lid, the Spiral uses a spiral closure with a slightly different torque window and its own colour range. The Spiral line also carries the 650 cc XL format, which the Aviator line does not.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One full case per item. Every product page shows its case quantity, and the unit price steps down at carton and pallet volume. You can build a mixed order across sizes and colours, the volume break is calculated on your total.
Can these be printed or produced in a custom colour?
Yes. Stocked colours ship from European inventory in case quantities, which is the fastest route to a first production batch. Screen printing, hot stamping, custom resin colours and PCR material run as project orders with their own minimum order and lead time. Send your artwork and target volume with the quote request and we price both routes.
Where do you ship from and how fast?
Stocked formats ship from our European warehouse, usually within the same week for case quantities. That avoids the lead time and customs work of importing directly from Asia or the United States. Custom colour, print and PCR runs are quoted per project with their own lead time.
Can I order samples before committing to case volume?
Yes. Request samples of the exact model, size and colour, fill them with your own product and validate closure, label fit and line speed before you order full cases.
