Are Aviator bottles child-resistant and tamper-evident?

Yes. Each Aviator bottle ships with a child-resistant cap, an inner seal and a tamper-evident breakoff band. Compliance of the finished product also depends on your labelling and product rules, which stays your responsibility.

What is the difference between an Aviator bottle and a Unicorn bottle?

The Unicorn bottle is an LDPE squeeze bottle with an all-in-one SmartCap and a narrow drip tip, made for dosing liquid into a tank. The Aviator bottle uses a child-resistant cap with an inner seal and a breakoff band, and is the choice when the pack is opened and poured rather than squeezed.

What is the 250 ml base bottle used for?

The Aviator CR base bottle holds 250 ml and comes with a dual volume dosing cup, so a measured amount can be poured out without extra equipment. Brands use it for bases, concentrates and any liquid that ships in bulk but gets dosed in small amounts.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One full case per item. Every product page shows its case quantity, and the unit price steps down at carton and pallet volume. You can build a mixed order across sizes and colours, the volume break is calculated on your total.

Can these be printed or produced in a custom colour?

Yes. Stocked colours ship from European inventory in case quantities, which is the fastest route to a first production batch. Screen printing, hot stamping, custom resin colours and PCR material run as project orders with their own minimum order and lead time. Send your artwork and target volume with the quote request and we price both routes.

Where do you ship from and how fast?

Stocked formats ship from our European warehouse, usually within the same week for case quantities. That avoids the lead time and customs work of importing directly from Asia or the United States. Custom colour, print and PCR runs are quoted per project with their own lead time.

Can I order samples before committing to case volume?

Yes. Request samples of the exact model, size and colour, fill them with your own product and validate closure, label fit and line speed before you order full cases.
