- What sizes does the Chubby Gorilla Unicorn bottle come in?
- Fourteen stocked variants: 5 ml, 9 ml, 10 ml, 16.5 ml, 20 ml, 30 ml, 30 ml Stubby, 50 ml, 60 ml, 60 ml Mini, 60 ml Stubby, 75 ml, 100 ml and 120 ml. The 5 to 30 ml V3 sizes use a T15 neck, 30 ml Stubby through 75 ml use T24 or T32, and 60 ml Stubby, 100 ml and 120 ml use T35.
- Is the Unicorn bottle child-resistant?
- Yes. The all-in-one SmartCap is an integrated child-resistant closure with a fastened tamper-evident band. Child-resistance is tested as a bottle and closure system, so replacing the cap with a third-party closure voids the original test evidence.
- What is the recommended capping torque?
- Chubby Gorilla publishes 0.3 to 0.6 N-m for T15 sizes, 0.8 to 1.5 N-m for T24, 1.4 to 2.0 N-m for the 60 ml Mini T32 and 1.7 to 2.8 N-m for T35 sizes. Set your capper inside the band for your neck finish and verify with a torque tester on the first cases.
- How many Unicorn bottles are in a case?
- 2000 for the 10 ml, 1000 for 16.5 to 30 ml, 500 for 50 to 75 ml and 400 for 100 and 120 ml. Carton and pallet steps have their own price break, and we quote all three so you can see where the next tier pays off.
- What material is the Unicorn bottle made of?
- LDPE body with a matching closure, designed and engineered in California. PCR resin is available for project runs when you need recycled content in the spec.
- Can I get samples before ordering a case?
- Yes. Request samples of the exact model and we ship them so you can validate fill, capping torque and label fit on your own line before committing to volume.
