Spiral shot bottles

Spiral shot bottles are the beverage build: 30 ml Stubby, 60 ml, 60 ml Mini and 100 ml Mini on a T28 neck, with a fastened tamper-evident band and a friction-fit closure that resists leaks in transit.

This line is non child-resistant on purpose. Functional beverage, energy and vitamin shots do not need a child-resistant closure, and leaving it out gives an easier open for the consumer and a lower unit price than the Aviator equivalent. If your product does need child-resistance, use the Aviator shot bottle instead.

Are Spiral shot bottles child-resistant?
No. The whole Spiral shot bottle line is the non child-resistant build, made for functional beverage products that do not need a CR closure. It keeps the fastened tamper-evident band and the friction-fit closure. For a child-resistant shot, use the Aviator shot bottle in 30 ml, 60 ml or 60 ml Mini.
How many Spiral shot bottles are in a case?
800 units for the 30 ml Stubby, 500 for the 60 ml Mini, 500 for the 60 ml and 400 for the 100 ml Mini. Minimum order is one full case per item, with price breaks at carton and pallet volume.
Why is the Spiral cheaper than the Aviator shot bottle?
Because it leaves out the child-resistant closure mechanism. Same T28 neck, same tamper-evident band, simpler cap. For a beverage product that does not need CR, that is a lower unit price for the same shelf presence.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One full case per item. Every product page shows its case quantity, and the unit price steps down at carton and pallet volume. You can build a mixed order across sizes and colours, the volume break is calculated on your total.
Can these be printed or produced in a custom colour?
Yes. Stocked colours ship from European inventory in case quantities, which is the fastest route to a first production batch. Screen printing, hot stamping, custom resin colours and PCR material run as project orders with their own minimum order and lead time. Send your artwork and target volume with the quote request and we price both routes.
Where do you ship from and how fast?
Stocked formats ship from our European warehouse, usually within the same week for case quantities. That avoids the lead time and customs work of importing directly from Asia or the United States. Custom colour, print and PCR runs are quoted per project with their own lead time.
Can I order samples before committing to case volume?
Yes. Request samples of the exact model, size and colour, fill them with your own product and validate closure, label fit and line speed before you order full cases.
