Size by product type
A quick mapping used by most fillers.
- 10ml to 30ml: nic salts, samples and regulated single-serve markets
- 50ml to 60ml: shortfill with room for a nicotine shot
- 100ml to 120ml: high volume shortfill and value SKUs
Headspace and fill accuracy
Fill to the shoulder and the bottle will weep at the tip after transit temperature swings. Leave the specified headspace so the bottle can flex without pushing liquid past the closure.
Tip diameter and your filling line
Tip diameter decides whether your nozzles seat properly. Confirm the diameter on a sample before scaling, because a small mismatch produces a large reject rate at speed.
Case quantities and cost per unit
Cost per unit drops in steps at case, carton and pallet. If your annual run rate crosses a step, buy to the step rather than the order.
