What makes packaging child-resistant for cannabis?

Child-resistance is a system property of the closure and container tested together. A certified CR closure on a non-matching bottle is not compliant. We supply the container and closure as a tested pair and can provide the test report.

Which formats work for cannabis concentrates?

Small wide-mouth containers such as the Aviator and Spiral ranges are popular for concentrates, wax and shatter. Their low profile and secure closure make them easy to label, stack and ship. Unicorn bottles work for tinctures and oils.

Do you supply CR certification documents?

Yes. For the stocked Chubby Gorilla formats we can share the child-resistance test documentation, material declarations and technical drawings. Request the documents in your quote and we send them with the pricing.

Can I get custom colours, printing or labels?

Custom colours and screen printing are quoted per project. For smaller runs we recommend starting with stocked colours and applying your own labels. Send your artwork and volume and we advise the best route.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Stocked formats start at one case, with carton and pallet steps for better unit pricing. Case quantities vary by format and are shown on the product card. Custom projects have a separate MOQ and lead time.

Are these containers smell-proof?

The stocked closures are designed to seal tightly, but smell-proof performance depends on the material, closure torque and your filling process. We recommend testing samples with your actual product before ordering at scale.
